I was the little girl who grew up in a trailer only to become the grown woman who was so focused on being the STRONG one that I couldn't even tell when something I did was a trauma response. I just knew that no matter what I did, I couldn't get out of my own way. I have spent years unraveling my story and the wounds that came with it, healing my own nervous system in the process. I have done the deep mindset work-radically transforming the quality of my thinking- and in the process traded a lifetime of striving for true sustainable success.
